Patrick Vézina

Engineering Director

As an Engineering Director, Patrick is motivated to solve technological and design problems in an elegant way by figuring out the underlying intention and system of a design.

After studying arts in Montréal, Patrick opened a bookstore specializing in books on contemporary art. This experience allowed him to learn about many facets of design and led him to combine that interest with technology. For eight years, he ran a web production and development studio named Croustille (‘potato chip’ in Quebecois French). The studio led a variety of projects ranging from websites for cultural institutions to experimental projects for artists and collectives.

He loves going to the market during the summer and enjoys taking the time to cook. Still living in Montreal, he enjoys taking road trips outside of the city often. He tried grooming his cocker spaniel for a year and a half until he figured he wasn't up to the task.
